Landowner information form

Many landowners would like to manage their land to provide quality natural habitat but aren't sure how to get started. If you own a piece of land that may contain prairie or old forest, we invite you to contact our staff to survey your property and discover your options; please provide the information below. If you have questions, please contact Jennifer Delisle, project coordinator and associate researcher at the Kansas Biological Survey.

(Hay meadow, pasture, woodland, wetland, shrubland, etc.)
If you are the landowner, are you considering land management work on this property? Please describe (for example, brush removal, wildflower planting, prescribed burning, etc.)
What limitations have you experienced in your land management work (for example, financing, resources, expertise)?
Would a visit by Kansas Biological Survey staff members benefit your restoration project? Please let us know how you would like to be contacted.
Are there historic features or buildings on the property? (Please describe.)
